About Us
QUAY’S PLANT
Quay’s high quality die casting magnesium alloys
are favoured for their combination of light weight, strength and dimensional stability. They meet the alloy requirements of the automotive, electronics and emerging
aerospace industries.
Using its product sourcing expertise and supply chain network, Quay prides
itself on delivering to meet customer requirements.
From our Nanjing operation, we service customers globally
with representatives in Australia, China, Europe and North America.
Our advanced process for the manufacture of
magnesium alloys uses proven technology.
QUAY’S TECHNOLOGY
Quay’s advanced melting and casting
processes are continuous, unlike the variable batch
processes used in most magnesium alloying operations.
Our molten electrolyte furnace technology
is designed to continuously produce high volumes
of alloy using precise temperature and chemistry
control that results in consistently clean quality
alloys.
Quay’s alloys are homogenous, with low
oxide inclusions, which provide greater consistency
for our customer-driven quality criteria, whilst meeting international standards.
QUAY’S PEOPLE
At the heart of Quay Magnesium you will meet dedicated
employees in every department. Their goal is to produce
and deliver the best magnesium alloy so that their
customers can be successful in the marketplace.
